THE HAGUE, Netherlands – – Dutch appointed authorities are set to convey their decision Thursday in the preliminary in absentia of three Russians and a Ukrainian over their supposed jobs in the 2014 bringing down of a Malaysia Carriers traveler stream and the passings of every one of the 298 individuals ready.
The verdict will be handed down more than eight years after the airliner carrying passengers from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was shot down over eastern Ukraine on July 17, 2014, during a conflict between Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian separatists.
A meticulous international investigation revealed that a Buk missile fired from a launcher that was trucked into territory held by Ukrainian rebels from a Russian military base, driven back to Russia, and then used to cause the explosion and crash of Flight MH17.
The 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade, a Russian military unit based in Kursk, is said to have been the source, according to the investigation.
