The immediate retirement from service of all Service Chiefs, the Inspector-General of Police, Advisers, and Comptroller-General of Customs, as well as the appointment of their replacements, has been approved by President Bola Tinubu.
This was said in a statement released on Monday by Willie Bassey, Director of Information for the Office of the Secretary-General to the Federation.
