The Lagos State Government reported that efforts are underway to develop a thorough data registry that will eventually include a respectable number of citizens.
Gboyega Akosile, the state governor’s chief press secretary, told our correspondent that Lagos State, a center of excellence, will soon take a position on the development after having a comprehensive look at it.
“Lagos State already has a similar register called Social register, Though, it is not comprehensive because series of dynamics have taken place. I just want to assure you that very soon Lagos will come with a definite register. There is a template for it already.”
Meanwhile, Akosile, said the governor will make a categorical statement on the issue soon.
