A remotely piloted aircraft belonging to the Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed in Rajasthan, India’s western state, on Thursday, according to officials.
There were no fatalities or property damage recorded in the accident.
The aircraft crashed on a normal training sortie near Jaisalmer, roughly 600 kilometers west of Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital city.
The IAF has launched an investigation into the crash.
Last month, an IAF Tejas aircraft crashed in the compound of a student dormitory in Jaisalmer while on a training sortie.
However, the pilot evacuated safely, and there were no reported injuries on the ground.
