The return of the Port Harcourt Garden City Express Route has been announced by Arik Air.
Banji Ola, the airline’s spokesperson, stated that customers will be able to take the route from Lagos directly to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Base in the center of Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State.
However, he stated that daily service from the Murtala Muhammed Airport’s Ikeja Terminal Two, MMA2, will begin on December 5, 2022, for the Port Harcourt Garden City Express.
The airline’s daily flights from Lagos to Omagwa’s Port Harcourt International Airport will now include this new service.
According to LEADERSHIP, passengers typically have to travel an additional hour to reach Port Harcourt City from the International Airport, Omagwa. As a result, using the Garden City Express service is less stressful in terms of the burden of carrying luggage and the cost of land transportation.
