PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, since inception has always been known to be a great philanthropist – who pulls people out of hardships and challenges. In Adamawa, his hometown, he is known to be the largest employer of labour, with multiple businesses to his name including his university, American University (AU) which is also located in Adamawa state.
As part of his usual service to humanity, the incoming president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, donated the sum of N50m to the victims of flood in Yobe state. This comes after news worldwide about the present flood cases ravaging Nigeria which is the worst flood case in the country in decades.
Everyone who has Nigeria’s best interest at heart is doing what they can to help at this trying time and Atiku has shown he is truly a unifier and a philanthropist as he offers relief materials to the displaced people of Yobe State even as the ruling party, APC, has turned a blind eye to the people’s suffering and campaigning as usual like people are not dying everyday from the flood.
