On Thursday, the Court of Appeal upheld Jibrin Isah of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as senator for Kogi East. According to an official, the Oyo State Government has authorized a $1 billion credit facility for all kinds of farmers in the state, but only real farmers would profit from it.
