Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra who is currently in detention, has asked the Federal High Court to imprison him in Kuje.
He said that the Department of State Services lacked a hospital to care for him and that there was a plot to have him killed while under their care.
“People will come see me, but they won’t be allowed,” he declared. There’s not a hospital there. Congestive heart failure affects me. They’re repairing me.
The DSS alerts people to increased security risks over the holiday season.
“I have swelling foot. They said they couldn’t perform the procedure when I begged them to. A plot exists for people to perish in custody. I would like to be moved to Kuje.
