The Minister has called upon the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) to finalize 24 pending agreements for the College of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Kaduna State. The Minister commended the Fund for awarding 87 contracts to the college and pushed for the swift completion of the remaining projects.
