Adewale Adeniyi, the Acting Comptroller-General of Customs, received a decoration from Vice President Kashim Shettima on Monday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Adeniyi received his medal one week after President Bola Tinubu appointed him the Acting Customs Chief on Monday, June 19, 2023, along with other new security czars.
The VP presented Kayode Egbetokun, the acting inspector general of police, with his new rank on June 20, according to The Spectator.
