Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has started the installment of over N6 billion extraordinary tips to beneficiaries.
Yusuf uncovered this on Saturday during the beginning of installments to choose classes of retired folks at Crowning celebration Lobby, Government House, Kano.
