The All Progressives Congress (APC) has blamed the case by Peter Obi, the Work Party (LP) official up-and-comer, that the High Court judgment on the 2023 official political race was doctored for President Bola Tinubu.
The APC Public Exposure Secretary, Mr Felix Morka, in a proclamation in Abuja, said legal disputes are not won on popular assessment but rather on proof and the law.
“At his public interview, Obi again accused our popularity based organizations, especially the courts, for not granting him triumph.
“Not on the grounds that he won the political decision, not on the grounds that he demonstrated his case in court as legally necessary, but since he is Peter Obi.
”Such haughty penchant for narcissism appears to invade Obi’s bitter assault on our organizations, his gross powerlessness to recognize his twisted adaptation of popular assessment and reality has been his most noteworthy fixing all through the electioneering season,” he said.
Morka added: ”As somebody who has already profited from the decisions of the High Court on electing matters, Obi’s sour assault on the legal executive just shows his haughtiness and vainness.
”At the point when a similar court concluded in support of Obi and confirmed him as properly chose Anambra lead representative, it was a signal of a majority rules system, however the court has double-crossed majority rules government now that it ruled against him.
”It can’t generally be about Obi, yet about our country.
”Legal disputes are not won on general assessment, they are won on proof and the law, you flopped on the two counts.”
That’s what he added albeit the APC invited Obi’s choice to take part in resistance governmental issues proceeding, he ought to do so maturely and usefully. (NAN)
