The perpetrator fled and is still holed up in a Trenton, New Jersey home after three individuals were shot dead in two separate killings in a Philadelphia suburb on Saturday, according to police and local authorities.
They said that the suspect, Andre Gordon, 26, who was thought to be homeless, had killed two individuals in a Levittown, Falls Township, home after stealing a car. His 13-year-old sister and his 52-year-old stepmother were the casualties.
As “he went through the house searching for them,” three persons inside the house were able to hide, Bucks County district attorney Jennifer Schorn told reporters.
After that, the suspect drove to another neighboring home and used a gun to kill the woman he had two children with.
After that, he proceeded to a neighboring cheap store’s parking lot and, before leaving, stole a Honda utility vehicle from a 44-year-old guy. Nelson Whitney, the sheriff of Falls Township, reports that the man was not hurt.
After that, the suspect drove across the state border to Trenton, New Jersey, which is close by. There, he is still holed up in a residence and is being pursued by police officers who are trying to get in touch with him.
Those who were inside the residence at the time “have been successfully evacuated with no injuries,” according to Trenton police detective lieutenant Lisette Rios.
