    When we mention “Thespectator”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy, we mean https://thespectator.ng or our mobile sites, mobile apps, emails or any other technology or services you may use to interact with us.

    At Political Rooster, we take your data privacy seriously. The privacy of our Users is important to us and we are committed to safeguarding it. Hence, this Privacy Policy explains how Political Rooster collects, uses, and discloses your personal data. We collect personal data when you use our website(s), mobile apps, and other online and offline products, services and experiences (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third parties you may interact with through our Services. From time to time, we may partner with third parties to provide you with products, promotions or other experiences. If those third parties will receive your personal data, we will make their privacy policy available to you

    We’re likely to update this Privacy Policy in the future and when we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of the policy. When we make significant changes, will notify you through the Services, such as on our homepage, or via email or other communication.     Political Rooster is based in and operates from Nigeria, and, regardless of where you use or access our platforms, applications, products, or services, your information may be transferred to and be maintained on our servers.  Please note that any information we obtain about you will be stored in accordance with Nigeria’s Data Protection Laws, regulations and standards, which may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of residence.  By using our services, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage and processing of information to and in Nigeria. 

    12. PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

    Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
