Joe Biden, the president of the United States, has stated that he is prepared to meet Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia. “if in fact there is an interest in him deciding that he’s looking for a way to end the war”.
He emphasized that Mr. Putin had not yet done that when he addressed reporters alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.The two men made it clear that they would continue to oppose Russia’s war.
